The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also conveniently located with a Co-op just across the road and the train station only a minute's walk away, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the convenient off-road parking was a definite bonus.
The double bed was on the smaller side and the mattress was quite soft, which may not be to everyone's preference. Another downside was the steep stairs leading to the downstairs bathroom, which could be a bit challenging especially during the night.

The location was very convenient, with a Co-op just across the road for any grocery needs, and a train station just a minute's walk away, providing easy access to Skegness. the off-road parking was a great convenience.
The bed was on the smaller side and had a very soft mattress, which may not suit those who prefer a firmer bed. the entrance lane leading to the cottage could use a bit of tidying up, as first impressions do matter.

My recent stay at Jasmyne Cottage was nothing short of delightful. The cottage was immaculate and had all the amenities one could ask for. The location was perfect, with the train station and bus station just minutes away. The convenience of having a Co-op right across the road was a bonus. The cottage's garden area added a touch of tranquility to the experience. The welcome pack provided was a thoughtful gesture. The cottage itself was tastefully decorated, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living space. The flat screen TV and good WiFi made for enjoyable evenings. The off-road parking was a great convenience. I highly recommend this cozy cottage for anyone visiting Lincolnshire.
Although the bed was comfortable, I personally would have preferred a bigger bed with a firmer mattress. The steep stairs to the downstairs bathroom were a bit inconvenient during the night, but it did not overshadow the overall positive experience.
